Why Travel Duas Matter
The traveller is in a state of vulnerability and dependence โ far from home, relying on means beyond their full control. This is precisely why the Prophet ๏ทบ established a dua for every transition of the journey. Each supplication is an act of tawakkul (reliance on Allah) and a reminder that safety comes from Him alone, not from the plane, the road, or the driver.
The Prophet ๏ทบ said: "A traveller's dua is not rejected." (Tirmidhi 3598) Use every stage of your journey as an opportunity for supplication โ for yourself, your family, and all Muslims.
