بِسْمِ ٱللَّهِ ٱلرَّحْمَـٰنِ ٱلرَّحِيمِ

77:1Juz 29 · Madinah page 580

وَٱلْمُرْسَلَـٰتِ عُرْفًا

By those unleashed in succession.

77:2Juz 29 · Madinah page 580

فَٱلْعَـٰصِفَـٰتِ عَصْفًا

Storming turbulently.

77:3Juz 29 · Madinah page 580

وَٱلنَّـٰشِرَٰتِ نَشْرًا

Scattering far and wide.

77:4Juz 29 · Madinah page 580

فَٱلْفَـٰرِقَـٰتِ فَرْقًا

Separating decisively.

77:5Juz 29 · Madinah page 580

فَٱلْمُلْقِيَـٰتِ ذِكْرًا

Delivering a message.

77:6Juz 29 · Madinah page 580

عُذْرًا أَوْ نُذْرًا

Excusing or warning.

77:7Juz 29 · Madinah page 580

إِنَّمَا تُوعَدُونَ لَوَٰقِعٌ

Surely what you are promised will happen.

77:8Juz 29 · Madinah page 580

فَإِذَا ٱلنُّجُومُ طُمِسَتْ

When the stars are obliterated.

77:9Juz 29 · Madinah page 580

وَإِذَا ٱلسَّمَآءُ فُرِجَتْ

And the sky is fractured.

77:10Juz 29 · Madinah page 580

وَإِذَا ٱلْجِبَالُ نُسِفَتْ

And the mountains are blown away.

77:11Juz 29 · Madinah page 580

وَإِذَا ٱلرُّسُلُ أُقِّتَتْ

And the messengers are alerted.

77:12Juz 29 · Madinah page 580

لِأَىِّ يَوْمٍ أُجِّلَتْ

Until which day is it deferred?

77:13Juz 29 · Madinah page 580

لِيَوْمِ ٱلْفَصْلِ

Until the Day of Decision.

77:14Juz 29 · Madinah page 580

وَمَآ أَدْرَىٰكَ مَا يَوْمُ ٱلْفَصْلِ

And what will teach you what the Day of Decision is?

77:15Juz 29 · Madinah page 580

وَيْلٌ يَوْمَئِذٍ لِّلْمُكَذِّبِينَ

Woe on that Day to the liars.

77:16Juz 29 · Madinah page 580

أَلَمْ نُهْلِكِ ٱلْأَوَّلِينَ

Did We not destroy the ancients?

77:17Juz 29 · Madinah page 580

ثُمَّ نُتْبِعُهُمُ ٱلْـَٔاخِرِينَ

Then succeeded them with the others?

77:18Juz 29 · Madinah page 580

كَذَٰلِكَ نَفْعَلُ بِٱلْمُجْرِمِينَ

This is how We deal with the guilty.

77:19Juz 29 · Madinah page 580

وَيْلٌ يَوْمَئِذٍ لِّلْمُكَذِّبِينَ

Woe on that Day to the rejecters.

77:20Juz 29 · Madinah page 581

أَلَمْ نَخْلُقكُّم مِّن مَّآءٍ مَّهِينٍ

Did We not create you from an insignificant fluid?

77:21Juz 29 · Madinah page 581

فَجَعَلْنَـٰهُ فِى قَرَارٍ مَّكِينٍ

Then lodged it in a secure place?

77:22Juz 29 · Madinah page 581

إِلَىٰ قَدَرٍ مَّعْلُومٍ

For a known term?

77:23Juz 29 · Madinah page 581

فَقَدَرْنَا فَنِعْمَ ٱلْقَـٰدِرُونَ

We measured precisely. We are the best to measure.

77:24Juz 29 · Madinah page 581

وَيْلٌ يَوْمَئِذٍ لِّلْمُكَذِّبِينَ

Woe on that Day to the falsifiers.

77:25Juz 29 · Madinah page 581

أَلَمْ نَجْعَلِ ٱلْأَرْضَ كِفَاتًا

Did We not make the earth a homestead?

77:26Juz 29 · Madinah page 581

أَحْيَآءً وَأَمْوَٰتًا

For the living and the dead?

77:27Juz 29 · Madinah page 581

وَجَعَلْنَا فِيهَا رَوَٰسِىَ شَـٰمِخَـٰتٍ وَأَسْقَيْنَـٰكُم مَّآءً فُرَاتًا

And set on it lofty mountains, and given you pure water to drink?

77:28Juz 29 · Madinah page 581

وَيْلٌ يَوْمَئِذٍ لِّلْمُكَذِّبِينَ

Woe on that Day to the deniers.

77:29Juz 29 · Madinah page 581

ٱنطَلِقُوٓا۟ إِلَىٰ مَا كُنتُم بِهِۦ تُكَذِّبُونَ

“Proceed to what you used to deny.”

77:30Juz 29 · Madinah page 581

ٱنطَلِقُوٓا۟ إِلَىٰ ظِلٍّ ذِى ثَلَـٰثِ شُعَبٍ

“Proceed to a shadow of three different masses.”

77:31Juz 29 · Madinah page 581

لَّا ظَلِيلٍ وَلَا يُغْنِى مِنَ ٱللَّهَبِ

Offering no shade, and unavailing against the flames.

77:32Juz 29 · Madinah page 581

إِنَّهَا تَرْمِى بِشَرَرٍ كَٱلْقَصْرِ

It shoots sparks as castles.

77:33Juz 29 · Madinah page 581

كَأَنَّهُۥ جِمَـٰلَتٌ صُفْرٌ

As if they were yellow camels.

77:34Juz 29 · Madinah page 581

وَيْلٌ يَوْمَئِذٍ لِّلْمُكَذِّبِينَ

Woe on that Day to the liars.

77:35Juz 29 · Madinah page 581

هَـٰذَا يَوْمُ لَا يَنطِقُونَ

This is a Day when they will not speak.

77:36Juz 29 · Madinah page 581

وَلَا يُؤْذَنُ لَهُمْ فَيَعْتَذِرُونَ

And they will not be allowed to apologize.

77:37Juz 29 · Madinah page 581

وَيْلٌ يَوْمَئِذٍ لِّلْمُكَذِّبِينَ

Woe on that Day to the rejecters.

77:38Juz 29 · Madinah page 581

هَـٰذَا يَوْمُ ٱلْفَصْلِ ۖ جَمَعْنَـٰكُمْ وَٱلْأَوَّلِينَ

This is the Day of Separation; We have gathered you, together with the ancients.

77:39Juz 29 · Madinah page 581

فَإِن كَانَ لَكُمْ كَيْدٌ فَكِيدُونِ

So if you have a strategy, use it against Me.

77:40Juz 29 · Madinah page 581

وَيْلٌ يَوْمَئِذٍ لِّلْمُكَذِّبِينَ

Woe on that Day to the falsifiers.

77:41Juz 29 · Madinah page 581

إِنَّ ٱلْمُتَّقِينَ فِى ظِلَـٰلٍ وَعُيُونٍ

The righteous will be amidst shades and fountains.

77:42Juz 29 · Madinah page 581

وَفَوَٰكِهَ مِمَّا يَشْتَهُونَ

And fruits as they desire.

77:43Juz 29 · Madinah page 581

كُلُوا۟ وَٱشْرَبُوا۟ هَنِيٓـًٔۢا بِمَا كُنتُمْ تَعْمَلُونَ

“Eat and drink pleasantly, for what you used to do.”

77:44Juz 29 · Madinah page 581

إِنَّا كَذَٰلِكَ نَجْزِى ٱلْمُحْسِنِينَ

This is how We reward the doers of good.

77:45Juz 29 · Madinah page 581

وَيْلٌ يَوْمَئِذٍ لِّلْمُكَذِّبِينَ

Woe on that Day to the deniers.

77:46Juz 29 · Madinah page 581

كُلُوا۟ وَتَمَتَّعُوا۟ قَلِيلًا إِنَّكُم مُّجْرِمُونَ

“Eat and enjoy yourselves a little; you are indeed criminals.”

77:47Juz 29 · Madinah page 581

وَيْلٌ يَوْمَئِذٍ لِّلْمُكَذِّبِينَ

Woe on that Day to the liars.

77:48Juz 29 · Madinah page 581

وَإِذَا قِيلَ لَهُمُ ٱرْكَعُوا۟ لَا يَرْكَعُونَ

And when it is said to them, “Kneel”, they do not kneel.

77:49Juz 29 · Madinah page 581

وَيْلٌ يَوْمَئِذٍ لِّلْمُكَذِّبِينَ

Woe on that Day to the rejecters.

77:50Juz 29 · Madinah page 581

فَبِأَىِّ حَدِيثٍۭ بَعْدَهُۥ يُؤْمِنُونَ

In what message, beyond this, will they believe?
